Like a chastity belt but less icky.

I've been looking for ages for a completely metal belt not unlike these:

... just maybe a bit plainer. The tricky part is they have to fit one's waist perfectly.
The only non-vintage one I could find was this grotty Dolce and Gabbana baby:
